Limits and defaults

Every plan cap, trial cap, mailbox default, deck budget, Spot and agent limit, content pacing limit, report window and retention period in sourcesignal, one table per area, each number linked to the article that explains it.

Updated October 19, 2026Markdown

This page is for the moment you need one number: a plan cap, a trial cap, a mailbox default, an undo window, Spot's ceilings. Each table lists the limit or default, its value and the article that explains it.

Open it when a refusal names a limit, when you are sizing a plan or when you are setting up an agent. Nothing here is a score or a grade: those have their own "Why this score" lines inside the app.

Good to know

  • A plan limit is enforced in words, at the action: it is refused with a line that names the plan and the way past it, such as "Your Growth plan allows 5 projects. Upgrade to add more." A trial's own caps name the trial: "Trials connect up to 3 mailboxes. Choose a plan to connect more."
  • Monthly limits (email verifications) start again on the first of the month. Daily limits (pages researched, rule promotions, Autopilot's posts) turn at 00:00 UTC. The deck's budget turns at midnight in your own time zone.
  • Going over a count after a plan change pauses, never deletes. Engines over the count read "Paused: over your plan" until you drop one or upgrade. Mailboxes over the count read "Not sending: over your plan's mailbox limit" and still receive replies.
  • Archiving a project frees its place and takes its prompts out of the pool. Archived keywords do not count toward the 500.
  • A held account (hidden or paused) keeps everything and comes back, with the same limits, once you choose a plan or pay the open invoice.
