The queue, views and filters
The Opportunities table lists every page AI engines cite for your prompts, ordered by priority. Narrow it with filters, quick chips and saved views, sort it, export it, and follow a prompt straight to the pages it cites.

The Opportunities table is your project's queue of cited pages: every page an AI engine cited when answering a prompt you track, one row per page, ordered by priority. You come here after each data update to see what is new, narrow the list to the pages worth a decision, and decide them one by one or in bulk.
This article covers the table and the ways you shape it. For what a row means, read What an opportunity is; for what a status change does, read Statuses and the review gate.
What you see
The page opens with one sentence of counts: pages in play, high-priority targets, pages in outreach, pages that need a contact and pages you have won. A count at zero is left out. The words "pages in play" open what each count means. Click any other count and the table narrows to exactly those pages: the count replaces your filters and search, and keeps your sort. The wins count opens your Wins report instead.
The toolbar holds a view selector ("All opportunities", or "Content gaps (N)" when the project has pages on a content route), the analysis window ("Last 7d", "Last 30d", "Last 90d" or "All time"), "Filters" with a badge counting the filters that are on, "Review N by hand" for a keyboard pass over the filtered set, "Columns", a search box ("Search domains, URLs, notes, locations…"), "Saved views ▾" and "Export". The analysis window filters by when each page was first seen, so an older page stays outside 7d even if it was cited again today.
Below it sit "Show" with two chips ("Untouched" and "Live placement"), a "Select" menu and a results line: "N results", with "· updating…" while a change lands and "· loading more…" while the rest of the window arrives. "Clear filters" appears there whenever a filter is on.
The table and its columns
"Page" is always shown: the pin, the domain and, under it, the page address. Click the domain to open the detail panel; the page link opens the page in a new tab. A pinned row carries the pinner's initials and leads the table whatever the sort.
Ten more columns are on by default:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Priority | A 0 to 100 priority for outreach, or "Unscored". |
| Recommended action | The outreach approach the AI recommends. A dash means none yet. |
| Mention | Whether the page already names or links to your brand: "Already links to you", "Named, no link", "Nothing found", "Couldn't read", "Not checked yet" or "Not checked". |
| Page type | What kind of page it is, such as a listicle or a review. |
| Topic | The topic of the prompts that cite the page. "No topic" means no active prompt cites it. |
| Models | The AI engines whose answers cited the page in the latest import. |
| Contacts | How many people are saved for the page. |
| Status | Where the page sits in your workflow, as a dropdown you set in place. |
| First seen | When the page first appeared in your daily import, with ×N for the import days that listed it. |
| Last seen | The latest import that listed the page. |
"Columns" adds the optional ones: Location, Opportunity type (header "Class"), Follow-up, Domain rank, Search traffic, Editorial reason, They said, Fee asked, Asked before and Prompt intent. The last seven are outreach facts and load only when you switch one on. "Reset to essentials" restores the default set; "Show all columns" turns everything on. Column choices are not saved with a view and reset when you reload the page. A dash in any fact column means not known, never zero or no.
Sorting
Click a sortable header to sort ascending, again for descending, and a third time to clear it. Page, First seen, Page type, Topic, Mention, Priority, Last seen, Domain rank, Search traffic and Prompt intent are sortable. With no sort set, the table orders by priority, highest first. Sorting keeps your window, filters and selection.
The filter panel
"Filters" opens a sheet titled "Filter opportunities". Filters apply as you choose, and the count beside each option covers the whole window before any filter, so counts stay put as you check boxes. The groups:
- Pinned: "Pinned only" or "Not pinned".
- Outreach: "In outreach" or "Not promoted".
- Stage: every status, from "New" to "Live already".
- Models: the AI engines that cited pages in this window, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Grok.
- Group: the page types, plus "No group".
- Outreach facts: "Domain measured", "Editorial reason read", "Publisher replied", "Price quoted". Checking two shows pages with either.
- Location: "Global / no market", the markets pages are written for (such as United Kingdom), Europe, North America, "Other market" and "Not classified yet", each listed only when the window has such pages. "Match this project's markets (…)" checks the locations that fit your target markets, plus "Not classified yet", in one go.
- Prompt topic: topic names, plus "No topic".
- Existing mention: "Already links to you", "Named, no link", "Nothing found", "Couldn't read" and "Not checked yet".
- Priority: a 0 to 100 range. Any range narrower than the full width excludes unscored pages.
- Opportunity type: Outreach, Content, PR/Authority, Consider, Ignore.
"Show N results" closes the panel. "Clear filters" removes every filter but keeps your search, your sort, the analysis window and your choice of All opportunities or Content gaps. Your filters live in the page address, so a copied link reproduces the view for a teammate.
Hidden by default
Parked, Rejected and Live already pages stay out of the table unless you ask for them, so the default view shows what is still in play. Nothing is deleted: check the status under "Stage" to bring them back, or press the "Live placement" chip for the pages your brand is on.
Untouched and Live placement
The two "Show" chips filter the table in one press and come off with a second.
- Untouched: pages nobody has decided anything about yet. They are still New or AI reviewed, never promoted and not pinned.
- Live placement: pages your brand is already on. A Live placement is a confirmed win; Live already means you were there before any outreach, which is not a win.
Quick select
The "Select" menu selects every page in the current view that is missing an AI step: "Ungrouped", "Unscored", "Unclassified", "No recommendations", "No drafts" (pages whose type calls for outreach) and "No gap detail" (pages on a content route). Counts follow your filters. A pick replaces your selection and runs nothing by itself; you act from the selection bar, covered in Bulk actions and promoting to outreach.
Saved views
A saved view is a named set of filters, search and sort. Saved views are yours, per project; teammates do not see them.
How to save and reuse a view
- Set your filters, search and sort.
- Open "Saved views ▾" and choose "+ Save current view…".
- Type a "View name" and press "Save".
- Pick the view from the same menu later. While the table matches a saved view, the button shows its name.
- Use "Rename" or "Delete" beside a view. Deleting asks first: "This view will be removed."
Applying a view replaces your filters, search and sort with the view's own. The analysis window and your choice of All opportunities or Content gaps stay as they were.
Export to CSV
"Export" downloads the whole filtered set as a CSV file named after your brand, the analysis window and the date. If the rest of the window is still loading, the button reads "Exporting…" until every row is in, so an export never covers part of the set.
Each row carries the page's domain, address and title, the engines that cited it, its page type, location, priority, opportunity type, content route and build light, the content gap detail, any values you overrode by hand, the recommended action, outreach angle, approach and page summary, the initial AI draft where one exists, the status, notes and follow-up date, and the original import data.
Following a prompt to the pages it cites
From the Prompts page, a prompt's "N pages" link opens the table filtered to the pages that prompt's answers cited (see Prompts). A line above the table reads "Cited for" and the prompt, or "N tracked prompts" when the link names several. Narrow further, review by hand or export; "Show every prompt" clears the filter.
Limits
- The table loads the top 6,000 pages of the window by priority. When the window holds more, a note reads "from the top 6,000"; filters, search and the export cover those.
- "Load N more" paints up to 200 more rows; "Show all N" paints the whole filtered set.
- The export writes at most 6,000 rows.
Good to know
- Switching between All opportunities and Content gaps, or changing the analysis window, keeps your filters, search and sort.
- The search is not a filter: "Clear filters" keeps it. When a search empties the table, the table offers "Clear search".
