The detail panel
Open one cited page from the Opportunities table and read everything the platform knows about it: its facts, what the AI suggests, your status and notes, its contacts and sequences, and its history.
Updated October 18, 2026Markdown
The detail panel is the full record of one cited page. It opens as a sheet over the Opportunities table and holds everything about that page in three tabs: "Overview" for the facts, the AI's suggestions, your progress and the impact after outreach; "Outreach" for contacts, templates and sequences; "Activity" for the history and the AI answers that cite the page.
Use it when a row in the queue is not enough to decide: to read why the page is cited, who else is named in those answers, what the publisher said last time, or to change a status, a note or an AI call for one page.
How to open it
- Click a page's domain (or any plain cell) in the Opportunities table. The page becomes part of the address, so a link you share opens the same panel.
- During a Review by hand pass, press "Open full record" on a card.
- Pages listed under Outreach (the sequence window and the Tracker), in the Inbox, under Outcomes in Reports and on the Autopilot deck open the same panel.
The header
The top row carries the page's status and a "Score" chip with its 0 to 100 priority. Under it: the domain, the page title and the address, which opens the page in a new tab.
A page reached through a thread or a site's own form rather than email gets a way-in line, such as "Post in this thread from your own account: it is never emailed at <site>." A page nothing is drafted for (a social post, a video, a wiki, an archived thread) says so and why.
The mention line shows what the page said about your brand when it was last read ("Already links to you", "Named, no link", "Nothing found", "Couldn't read" or "Not checked yet") and the date. "Re-check page" reads it again now. "Edit" turns the fields under "What we suggest" and "Your progress" into inputs; "Save changes" writes them, "Cancel" drops them.
Overview tab
The strip and the page facts
A strip shows Priority (a figure out of 100 with a meter), Type, Group and Build light, or "Not reviewed by AI yet." before the AI review has reached the page.
"What we know about this page" opens with:
- They said, once the publisher has replied: a Positive, Neutral or Negative chip, the date, a one-line AI summary, "They asked for" with any fee quoted, and "Their words".
- The editorial reason, the one sentence written about this page, under "What this page gets wrong", "What this page does not back up" or "What this page leaves out". Your first email opens with it.
- Key numbers, up to four: "Cited by" (tracked prompts whose answers cite the page); "Domain rank" (0 to 1000, the data provider's own rank) and "Search traffic" (estimated monthly visits from Google search, measured for the United States in English) once the domain is measured; "AI estimate of PR standing"; "Price quoted" when this publisher has quoted a price before; then "Topic citation", "Prompt intent" and "Competitors" while there is room.
Everything else is one step away in folds. A fold stays open on this browser once you open it, and "Collapse all" or "Expand all" acts on the whole list.
| Fold | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Why pitch it | Once the editorial reason is written: the claim quoted from the page, tagged Correction, Evidence or Omission; what you can supply against it; how sure the AI is about it |
| Where the AI cites it | Topic, Topic citation (how reliably the engines come back to the page), Prompt intent with its Buying stage, "You in the topic"; then, read on demand, "Engines citing it", "Cited on N of the last 30 days" as one bar per day, and "Prompts citing it" |
| Competitors | Read on demand: "You in this page's answers", the brands named in those answers with a "Publisher" or "On the page" tag, and "Other top pages in this topic", each opening its own panel |
| The publisher | The figures the key numbers had no room for, and "Asked before": a price this publisher quoted before |
| Your history | "Seen in your data" (imports that listed the page, first and last) and "Promoted" by hand or by a named rule, with the date |
Each prompt under "Prompts citing it" shows its engines, answer count, newest date, whether you are named and its buying stage. Click one to read the newest AI answer to it, with your brand and the page's citation highlighted. A fact the platform has not read says "Not known yet", never zero.
What we suggest
The outreach angle the AI wrote for pages of this kind (or "No outreach angle yet. Run Recommend on this page."), then "Outreach type", "Approach" (PR-led, SEO outreach, Founder-led or Partnership) and the page summary. In edit mode you can change Group, Priority score, Outreach type, Approach, Outreach angle and Summary.
Opportunity type & analysis
"Classify" (later "Re-classify") runs the AI classification on this page. The rows:
- "Opportunity type": Brand mention · Outreach, Brand mention · Content, Source-only · PR/Authority, Consider or Ignore.
- "Recommended play": Route A · Brand-mention content, Route B · PR/Authority asset, or No content route.
- "Build light": Green · Build, Amber · Maybe, Red · Do not build, Black · Not influenceable.
- "AI estimate of PR standing", 0 to 100, set only for PR/Authority pages.
- "Location", with how it was read: "matched by rule", "classified by AI" or "set by hand".
The first four rows have an "Edit" link. On the first three, pick a value and it saves at once; on the PR standing, type a figure from 0 to 100 and press "Save". The row then reads "AI said: <value> · you overrode", with "Revert" to go back. "Why this classification?" opens the rationale. A page on Route A or B gets its own section, "Brand-mention content gap" or "PR / authority asset": Recommended format, Next action, Source weaknesses, Missing sections and Data opportunities, written when the page is researched for outreach.
Your progress
Status, Notes and Follow-up, editable through "Edit". The Status list offers every status you can set; "Live placement" is left out because it follows a verified win (see Statuses and the review gate). Moving a page out of outreach cancels the outreach underneath it. If an email has already gone out you are asked first ("Move this page and stop its outreach?"), and the toast afterwards says what was removed or stopped.
Impact after outreach
Fills in once the page has been pitched. Until the next data update it reads "Pitched <date> · baseline captured." Then the "Closed-loop" reading compares the 30 days before the pitch with the 30 days after: mentions and citations as before and after figures, and up to three prompts with the biggest swings. Movement followed the pitch; it is not proof the pitch caused it.
Outreach tab
Contacts. "Research contacts" opens "AI contact research": the AI searches the publisher and saves every contact it finds with a name or email. It can take up to a minute. The dialog then lists what it saved, each with a High, Medium or Low confidence badge and an "Inferred" mark when the address was guessed from the site's pattern. "Add contact" takes a name, email, role and notes. A contact with an email shows a verification chip, and a "Reused" chip marks someone first found for another page in this project or another project in your organization. Each contact offers "Record attempt", "Do not contact" (when it has an email), "Verify email" (when the address has not been checked yet) and delete. See Contacts and verification.
Templates. "Pick a template…" from the single-email library (the ones that match this page's type are listed first), then "Apply to current tab" to make its subject and body this page's initial message.
Sequences. Every sequence on this page with its contact, mailbox, "N/M sent" and a status: Draft, Active, Paused, Completed, Stopped, Replied, Bounced, or Parked for a draft you set aside. A draft offers "Review", a parked one "Bring back", an active one with unsent steps "Send now". Without an active connected mailbox the section reads "Connect a mailbox first".
How to start a sequence from the panel
- Open the Outreach tab and press "Start sequence".
- Pick the Contact and "Send from". The line under the mailbox names the signature added at send, or says the email goes out unsigned.
- Press "Generate with AI" (a 3 to 4 email sequence written from this page and contact) or pick a template and press "Build from template".
- Read each step ("Initial", then "Follow-up N · waits Nd"), edit its subject, body or a follow-up's delay in days, and press "Save step". Saving a step clears the sign-off.
- Press "Mark reviewed"; nothing sends yet. Then "Launch (schedules)" books the first email inside its send window, or "Launch & send now" sends it at once. A blocked launch says why, and "Discard" drops the draft. The same drafts also wait under Outreach, so see Sequences.
Activity tab
"History" lists what happened to the page, with times: Status changed (with any reason you typed), Manual override, Draft generated, Draft sent, Contact added, Outreach attempt, Follow-up date set, Baseline captured, Delta computed, Sequence approved, Reply received, Bounce detected, Email verified, Promoted to outreach, Promote: needs contact, and Marked as sent by hand.
"AI answers that cite this page" lists every imported answer citing this exact page as date, engine and prompt. When there are many, it shows the most recent and says how many there are in all. Open one to read it with the brands "Mentioned" and its "Citations". Answers to removed prompts are left out.
"Original import data" shows the metrics copied from your data feed at import. A field the feed did not provide is left out: missing is not zero.
Good to know
- The pin and the owner are not in the panel. Pin a page from its row or the selection bar ("Pin to propose") and assign an owner from the selection bar ("Assign owner"); see Bulk actions and promoting to outreach.
- Opened from a snapshot under Data, Snapshots, the panel is read only ("This page as the snapshot recorded it. Nothing here changes it."). "Edit in Opportunities" takes the place of "Edit", and the Outreach tab points to the live page with "Open in Opportunities".
- A dash in any fact means not known, never zero or no.
