Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sourcesignal, operated by Bubblegum Search Limited (company number 10051436), registered at St James House, 9–15 St James Road, Surbiton, Surrey, England, KT6 4QH. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
sourcesignal measures how a brand appears in AI answers and helps you run outreach to the publishers behind those answers: it finds relevant pages, researches contacts, drafts email sequences for your review, and sends the ones you approve from a mailbox you connect.
Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@sourcesignal.ai if you believe it has been compromised. You must be 18 or over and using the service for business purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use sourcesignal to:
- send unsolicited bulk email, or any message that misrepresents who is sending it;
- contact people who have asked you or us to stop;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content;
- evade a recipient’s filtering, or a provider’s sending limits;
- upload contact data you have no lawful basis to process;
- resell or redistribute third-party data obtained through the service where the provider’s terms forbid it.
Every email is shown to you before it sends and nothing goes out without your approval — which means the content of your outreach is yours, and so is responsibility for it.
Third-party accounts
Connecting a mailbox, an analytics property or a data provider is subject to that provider’s own terms. You confirm you are entitled to connect the account and to have us access it on your behalf. We are not responsible for a provider changing, limiting or withdrawing its service.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you put into sourcesignal and of the outreach you send. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you — storing it, processing it, and passing the necessary parts to the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
AI-generated content
Drafts are produced by an AI model and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every email before approving it, including any factual claim it makes about you or your client. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change. Non-payment may lead to suspension.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Parts of it depend on third parties whose availability we do not control. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something material.
Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will normally give notice and a chance to put it right first. Your data is available for export for 30 days after termination.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
