The deck

Your deck deals the decisions only you can make, one card at a time. This article covers every card, the keys, undo, the daily budget and what a cleared deck means.

Updated October 20, 2026Markdown

Your deck sits on the Autopilot console, the project's home page. It holds the calls only you can make, dealt one card at a time: replies waiting on you, drafts to approve, pages to promote, posts to publish, competitors to track and content to write. Autopilot runs everything else and deals you what is worth a call.

The masthead says what waits ("N decisions are yours today, about N minutes.") and the count scrolls to the deck. Conversations come first, then content cards where the content area is available, then new pitches up to today's budget. Nothing on a card sends an email: approving a draft moves it to Ready to launch (see Reviewing and launching), and only "Send reply" inside a conversation sends anything, when you press it.

What you see

The header row holds the deck's controls: "Your deck" with a progress bar and the day's count ("3 of 10 resolved", or "10 a day" before anything is dealt), steering chips while a rule or focus is in force ("No listings", each with an × to end it), the Undo pill, and at the end "Since your last visit" and "Decisions", each opening a panel over the cards, and ? ("How the deck works"), a short guide with the main keys.

Below it is the stack: the top card with two more peeking under it. Every card shows a kicker naming its kind, the publisher or page, the facts that matter, and its actions: one main button, one secondary, then Skip and the card's "no" as plain words, and More for the rest. Every button prints its key.

The cards

Each card asks for one call. The kicker says which.

CardWhat it asksA, the main actionX, the card's "no"
Approve draftAn email pitch, as it will land with your signature"Mark reviewed": it moves to Ready to launch, nothing sends"Discard" deletes the draft; the page stays
Needs replyA publisher wrote back"Reply" opens the conversation over the deck with an AI draft ready"Lost", or "Nothing to add" once the reply is decided
Unmatched replySomeone else at the publisher wrote, outside the thread"Attach" adds it to the conversation"Not this conversation"
Reply receivedA reply you already answered, still to decide"Mark interested""Lost"
Changed hands"Who is this conversation with now?""Make <name> the contact""Keep <contact>"
Follow-up dueA date passed, or they went quiet after replying"Draft a nudge" drafts a follow-up for your review; on a reply reminder, "Nudge" opens the thread with the reply box ready"Mark lost", or "Close" on a reminder
Needs a contactResearch found no verified inbox"Open opportunity""Park"
Connect a mailboxNo sending mailbox yet"Connect Gmail", with "Connect Outlook" beside it and "Connect other email" under More"Not now" hides the card in this browser and leaves a "No sending mailbox" chip in the header
Promote?, Get listed?, Claim profile?A scored page Autopilot left to you"Promote to outreach" finds a contact and drafts a pitch; "Draft the listing", "Draft the profile", "Draft a reply" or "Draft a post" drafts text for you to paste or post yourself"Park"
Ready to post, submit or claimA drafted reply, post, listing or profile claim"Copy and open" (or "Open the form", "Open the profile"), then "Mark as posted" (submitted, claimed) with your link"Don't post" drops the draft to Skipped
New competitorA brand named alongside you in AI answers"Track competitor""Ignore": never suggest it again
Content outline, Ready to downloadAn outline Autopilot made, or a finished draft (where the content area is available)"Write it" or "Download""Drop this topic" or "Discard draft", nothing deleted

Three cards carry more:

  • A Promote? card shows the page's 0 to 100 priority as a number with a short bar, and "Why this score" in words, naming the reasons for this page's priority. "Why this card" says why it came to you.
  • A reply card adds a one-line AI summary, a Reply tone chip (Positive, Neutral or Negative: a hint, not a decision) and a Payment ask chip with the price, when they quoted one.
  • On a Ready to post card, "Copy and open" copies the words and opens the thread in a new tab; you post from your own account, paste the link and press A again. A post that names your brand counts as a win, "Unconfirmed online" until a check finds it. A listing or a profile claim counts once you add its public link (see Posts, replies and listings).

Skip and the card's "no"

Skip (S) is not a decision: the card goes to the back of today's deck and nothing changes on the page. On a content card, S is "Not now" and sets the piece aside for 30 days. The "no" (X) differs by card, and each button says what it does. A parked page waits under the Parked filter; a dropped post under Skipped in Outreach, Posts, where Reopen brings it back.

Every item under More shows its key. Letter keys sleep while a panel or dialog is open, and while you type; with More open, the menu answers the same keys itself. Press g then a to open Autopilot from anywhere (see Navigation and keyboard shortcuts).

Undo

After a decision, the toast offers Undo for nine seconds and the header shows a pill such as "Undo: Agreed to place · <publisher>" for ten minutes. Press either and the card comes back on top. The toast says what came back: "Back to Replied" for a reply, "Back in the deck" for a promote or a dropped post, or the stage the page returned to for a park.

The pill covers a reply decision you made on the deck (Mark interested, Agreed to place, Lost, Do not contact), a promote (until contact research starts), a park, a lost follow-up and a dropped post. "Nothing to add", "Keep <contact>" and the content cards' "Not now", "Drop this topic" and "Discard draft" offer Undo on the toast only.

You cannot take back a discarded email draft, a win, a snooze, a mark as posted or a competitor decision, nor a park or lost that also stopped a live sequence or removed an unsent draft. Nothing on a page you already won comes back: "You won this page, so this decision stays."

The daily decision budget

Click the day's count to open Today's deck. It says the count is the decisions you made today out of today's total, that your daily budget is for new pitches, and that the count starts again at midnight. Conversations never count toward the budget, and neither do content cards.

The Daily decision budget slider runs from 1 to 30, with 10 the default. "Autopilot pulls N decisions a day for you" and "≈ N min of review a day · replies are always dealt" follow the thumb.

  • Slide up to deal more pitches now, or down to peel pitches back into the stash. The slider cannot go below what you already resolved today.
  • New pitches spend the budget: drafts, posts, contacts, follow-ups, Promote? pages, competitor suggestions. Conversations and content cards are always dealt and never count.
  • Pitches past the budget wait in the stash for tomorrow, when the budget starts at 10 again. Your budget is remembered per project and day, across your devices.

A cleared deck

When the last card goes, the deck says "That's everything for today." and "Nice work. Emails you marked reviewed wait in Ready to launch and send once you launch them." "Open Ready to launch" takes you there to launch them.

If pitches wait in the stash, "Pull another stack" deals 5 more ("feeling awesome? +5 more · N in the stash"), up to the daily 30. At 30 it reads "that's the daily 30 · N stashed for tomorrow."

Other quiet states: "Nothing needs you right now." when the deck is empty and you have made no decision today; "Nothing else matches this focus." with the count of other decisions waiting and "Clear focus"; "Every decision type is off." with "Turn one on under Decisions to fill your deck."

When the AI service that sorts and scores your pages refuses Autopilot's requests, the deck leads with "Scoring paused" and the time it started, instead of a quiet state. Cards already in your deck stay, new answers keep coming in, and Autopilot scores them once the service is back. The card goes away on its own.

Good to know

  • "Decisions" in the header holds one switch per decision type: Outreach, Competitors and, where the content area is available, Content. Switching one off sets its decisions aside for everyone on the project; nothing is deleted, and the cards come back when it is on again. While one is off, the label counts what is on, for example "Decisions 2 of 3".
  • Ending a steering rule asks once, because everyone on the project sees the change; clearing your own focus is immediate. See What autopilot does on its own and The engine room and pipeline.
  • Do not contact asks first and blocks every future send from your organization to that address until you revoke it under Settings, then Do not contact (see Do not contact). Replies you answer from the deck continue in The inbox.
