How this tool worksReturns a bounded Google search snapshot for the selected market and language. Positions can change and depend on context. Results outside the returned sample are unknown.

Read the search

See which pages answer your query

Choose a query, country and language to see a desktop Google search snapshot. The checker lists organic results with titles, snippets, positions and source links. Add your domain to identify matching pages.

For project management for creative agencies, compare the guides, product pages and comparisons returned. Open the useful candidates and ask what a page would need to explain for that reader.

Example

Keep the query beside the result

This example connects an agency’s search with its market and the positions returned. Each piece gives the result its context.

project management for creative agencies

Name the audience and task. Inspect whether the returned pages offer comparisons, practical guidance or a product for this need.

From query to evidence

Read the results, then review your page

Choose a query, read its result rows and keep your domain observation tied to the search context.

Start with a query a reader would use

Keep the wording specific enough to express a real need. Choose the market and language before interpreting the results; changing either creates a different comparison.

A practical workflow

How to use the Google SERP checker

  • Enter a focused search query

Use the phrase you want to investigate. Add your domain if you want matching pages identified in the returned results.

  • Choose country and language

Select the audience context, then run the search. The request uses desktop results and a bounded sample.

  • Review and keep the evidence

Read titles and snippets, open relevant sources, and export the results if you need a record for a content review.

Search intent

Look for the job the leading pages are doing

Compare the kinds of pages returned before choosing a format for your own. Do several titles promise comparisons? Do the snippets explain a process? Open the relevant pages to check whether they actually deliver that promise. A result title alone cannot establish content quality, but it can suggest which questions deserve a closer look.

Sample scope

What this search snapshot covers

The request asks for a depth of ten; the returned response determines the available rows. Organic results stay separate from other observed item types. An AI overview or featured snippet label records the feature’s presence, without analyzing its contents.

Pick a question and I’ll explain how this tool works.

Does this show my exact Google ranking?

It shows positions in the provider’s returned desktop snapshot for the selected query and market. Those are useful observations, but they do not establish a single position for every person searching Google.

What if my domain is missing?

Your domain was not found among the returned organic rows. The checker cannot conclude that it is unranked, penalized or absent from results beyond the sample.

Are subdomains included in target matching?

Yes. The normalized target host and its subdomains count as matches. A different domain that merely contains the same letters does not.

Can I inspect Google AI Overviews here?

The output can note an observed AI overview item type when the provider returns one. It does not extract or assess the overview’s full answer, citations or brand recommendations.

Is this a ranking monitor?

No. Each run is a snapshot. You can export a result for your records, but the tool does not schedule checks, send alerts or build a historical ranking chart.

Can I compare Google with Bing?

Yes. Run the same query and market in the Bing SERP checker, then compare the returned pages and formats. Keep each engine’s positions separate instead of averaging them into a universal rank.
